Employee Injured When Crushed Between Squeegee Rolls
Employee #1 was changing "squeegee" rolls inside of a tank when the supervisor jogged the machine to provide slack to the steel chain. Employee #1's ankle got caught on the hoist chain and he was pinned against another squeegee roll. Employee #1 suffered a fracture but was not hospitalized.
