ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS ENERGIZING AND DEENERGIZING THE LIGHTING CIRCUITS IN RESPONSE TO INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE FIRST EMPLOYEE. THE FIRST EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED WHEN HE STARTED TO WORK ON AN ENERGIZED CIRCUIT THAT HE PRESUMABLY THOUGHT WAS DEENERGIZED.
