A LABORER WAS USING HIS HANDS TO GUIDE A SECTION OF SEWER PIPE AS IT WAS BEING MOVED BY A BACKHOE. THE BOOM OF THE BACKHOE CONTACTED A 13.8-KILOVOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE, ELECTROCUTING THE LABORER.
