AN EMPLOYEE WAS MOVING THE HOOK AND BALL OF A CRANE TOWARD FORKS USED TO LIFT JERSEY BARRIERS. THE CRANE'S LOAD LINE CONTACTED A 13.8-KILOVOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE, ELECTROCUTING THE EMPLOYEE.
