Employee killed in fall from roof

At approximately 12:45 p.m. on April 9, 1992, Employee #1 was handing material off the roof to a coworker in a dormer. The employee's right foot slipped on the wet cedar roof and he fell to a scaffold. He then did a barrel roll and fell off the scaffold to the ground, striking his head on the brick patio. He sustained a concussion and was killed.
