Investigation Summary
At 9:30 a.m. on January 4, 2015, Employee #1, employed by a construction contractor, was engaged in exterior painting at a multifamily building construction project. He was working from an aluminum ladder. The ladder came into contact with power lines, and Employee #1 sustained an electrical shock. Emergency services were called, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital. He was admitted and treated for the electrical injury.
