EMPLOYEE KILLED IN A FALL AND COWORKER INJURED

Employee #1 working on a ladder approximately 20 ft above the floor lost his footing and fell to the concrete floor. Employee #2 on the ground saw Employee #1 slip off the ladder and attempted to break the fall. Employee #1 was killed, and Employee #2 suffered a fractured leg.
