Employee Injured In Fall Caused By Being Struck By Fan

Employee #1, a crane inspector, was positioned on an overhead structural beam when he rose up into a rotating overhead fan blade and was struck in the head. Employee #1 was knocked from the beam and he fell 26 ft 10 in. to the floor. Employee #1 suffered lacerations and was hospitalized.
