AN EMPLOYEE WAS USING A COMMERCIAL-TYPE VACUUM CLEANER TO VACUUM THE HALLWAY OF AN APARTMENT COMPLEX. THE VACUUM CLEANER WAS NOT GROUNDED AND APPARENTLY HAD A GROUND FAULT. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED WHEN HE PLACED HIS HAND ON A RADIATOR.
