Employee killed when struck by stack of structural steel

Employee #1 was in the middle of structural storage, which was not staked to prevent falling. The steel was used for crane bridges and building structures. He was hooking up from an overhead crane when a stack of steel approximately 6 feet away fell on him. He sustained a crushed pelvis and died.
