Employee breaks neck in fall in elevated truck trailer

On April 14, 1992, Employee #1 entered the rear of an elevated truck trailer to get potatoes out of the truck. While he was cleaning the potatoes out of the truck trailer, he apparently fell and slid down the trailer bed. Employee #1 broke his neck when he hit the back stop that was resting against the trailer while it was elevated. He was killed.
