EMPLOYEE #1 WAS SITTING ON AN I-BEAM WHEN A NEARBY CRANE TIPPED OVER AND STRUCK THE BEAM. EMPLOYEE #1 WAS KNOCKED FROM THE BEAM AND FELL 17 FEET ONTO A CONCRETE FLOOR. THE EMPLOYEE WAS THEN STRUCK AAND KILLED BY FALLING IRON.
