Thirty-two employees exposed to chemical vapors
A drum of ethylene diamine was punctured by a forklift inside a van. The leaking liquid created a vapor cloud that blew around the loading dock. Employees #1 through #32, who were working at the loading dock, inhaled the vapors. None of the thirty-two employees required hospitalization.
