Employee injured in fall from scaffold

Employee #1 was on a work platform 18 feet above the ground, packing mud to brick masons. The scaffold was three frames high and 70 ft long. No railing was provided on the back side of the work platform. Employee #1 lost his balance and fell to the ground. He was hospitalized.
