Employee's finger injured when caught in base cupper

Employee #1 was cleaning a clue head on an Aidlin base cupper. She did not shut off the equipment as instructed and her finger became caught in the pinch point of the machine. She sustained injuries but did not lose her finger. The machine had only been in use for seven months. Employee #1 failed to follow proper operating procedures.
