EMPLOYEE #1 WAS PICKING UP NOODLES THAT CAME OFF THE END OF ONE CONVEYOR AND ONTO ANOTHER CONVEYOR. SHE WAS WEARING A PLASTIC GLOVE. HER RIGHT RING FINGER BECAME CAUGHT AND PINCHED BETWEEN THE CONVEYOR BELT AND A ROLLER.
