AN EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING A 2-INCH-DIAMETER PLASTIC CONDUIT ON A UTILITY POLE PROVIDING ELECTRICAL SERVICE FOR A RESIDENCE. HE CONTACTED A 120-VOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE ON THE POLE AND WAS ELECTROCUTED.
