Employee killed in 90 ft fall from bridge

Employee #1 and three coworkers were spreading a 3/4 in. concrete topping in front of a paving machine on a bridge when Employee #1 said that he had to go to the restroom. Time passed and he was seen leaning over a 3 ft high bridge railing some distance from his work station. A state inspector asked if he was feeling all right and Employee #1 indicated with a hand motion that he was fine. More time passed and he still had not returned to his work station. Employee #1 was later found dead on the ground, 90 ft below the bridge. He had apparently become sick and dizzy and had fallen off the bridge, breaking his neck. There were no witnesses to the accident.
