EMPLOYEE #1 HAD CLIMBED TO THE TOP OF A STACK OF STORED MATERIAL TO MOVE ONE OF THE BUNDLES. THE MATERIAL SHIFTED, CAUSING HIM TO FALL ABOUT TEN FEET. HE WAS KILLED.
