EMPLOYEE #1 WAS OPERATING A HIGH CLEARANCE PIECE OF FIELD EQUIPMENT USED FOR DETASSELING CORN PLANTS AT A SEED CORN PRODUCTION OPERATION. THE MACHINE ROLLED OVER SIDEWAYS ON SLOPING GROUND, PINNING THE OPERATOR AGAINST THE GROUND. HE WAS KILLED. EFFECTIVE TRAINING IS HINDERED TO TO A LACK OF INFORMATION ABOUT THIS HAZARD.
