FALLING TREE BUTT STRUCK EMPLOYEE IN HEAD

ON APRIL 15, 1986, AT APPROXIMATELY 8:15 AM, EMPLOYEE #1 WAS FELLING A TREE. AS THE TREE FELL, IT SNAGGED IN AN ADJACENT DEAD TREE, BREAKING IT OFF AT THE TWENTY FOOT HEIGHT. THE FALLING BUTT END OF THE DEAD TREE STRUCK EMPLOYEE #1 ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE HEAD, KILLING HIM.
