Employee dies after being struck by falling tree

Employee #1 was felling trees. No one witnessed the accident but it is supposed that Employee #1 felled a tree that had two to three other trees lodged in it. Apparently one of the lodged trees, or the tree that he was felling, struck him and knocked him face down into a creek but did not pin him. Employee #1 died of his injuries three days later in the hospital.
