ELECTRIC SHOCK - CONTACT WITH ENERGIZED CONDUCTOR

An employee was working in an attic, stripping insulation from a 120-volt nonmetallic-sheathed cable. The employee, who was in contact with a ground, was electrocuted when he pierced the insulation.
