Truck driver dies of heart attack

Employee #1, a truck driver, arrived at a job site with his vehicle and was in the holding area with other drivers. He apparently went into the back of the truck's dump body to relieve himself. Employee #1 was heading back out of the truck body when he died suddenly of cardiac arrest.
