EMPLOYEE KILLED WHEN STRUCK BY FORK CLAMP TRUCK

Employee #1 was walking east inside the plant near the receiving department. Employee #2 was traveling east on an empty fork clamp truck in the main isle and was distracted by another fork clamp truck nearby and struck Employee #1. Employee #1 was killed and Employee #2 went into shock and was taken to the hospital for treatment and released.
