EMPLOYEES LOOSENED BOLTS, HOLDING METAL TRUSSES TOGETHER AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS MOVING BAR JOISTS WITH A 3LB HAMMER, WHEN ALL BAR JOISTS ROLLED OVER ON SIDES,SENDING BAR JOISTS, METAL DECKING AND EMPLOYEES TO GROUND.
