AN EMPLOYEE WAS CHANGING FUSE CLIPS WHILE THE PANELBOARD THEY WERE IN WAS ENERGIZED AT 480 VOLTS. HE WAS ELECTROCUTED WHEN HE CONTACTED LIVE PARTS.
