EMPLOYEE #1 WAS SETTING UP A DEMONSTRATION FOR A REFRIGERATION CLASS. A GLASS TUBE EXPLODED, SENDING PIECES OF GLASS INTO HIS FACE AND NECK. A GLASS PIECE ENTERED AN ARTERY IN HIS NECK, TRAVELLED TO HIS HEART AND KILLED HIM.
