A MIGRANT FARM WORKER WAS HOEING WEEDS IN A FIELD. FOR AN UNKNOWN REASON, HE PICKED UP A 34-FOOT ALUMINUM IRRIGATION PIPE. THE PIPE MADE CONTACT WITH A 12-KILOVOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE, ELECTROCUTING THE EMPLOYEE.
