A MACHINE OPERATOR WENT TO PICK UP A MASK AND A HAMMER FROM THE SOLDERER. THE MACHINE OPERATOR WAS WET AND BAREFOOT. HE WAS ELECTROCUTED WHEN HE STEPPED ON A GRATE WITH ELECTRODES.
