Employee partially decapitated by ejector machine
Employee #1 was troubleshooting a problem with hydraulic cylinders on an ejector. As the ejector went forward, the floor moved backward, and the back of Employee #1's head was caught and pinned against the scraper's frame, partially decapitating him.
