EMPLOYEE FALLS FROM SCAFFOLD AND DIES

Employee #1 fell from scaffold. Employee #1 was taken to Elliot Hospital in Manchester, New Hampshire. Employee #1 was seriously injured and died eight days after being hospitalized. An autopsy revealed that Employee #1 died from pulmonary embolism.
