Employee dies of a heart attack

Employee #1 had complained to his coworkers for approximately 2 weeks that he was experiencing chest pains and pains in his left arm. On this day, he complained of chest pains and his employer told him to sit down and drink some water. Employee #1 collapsed while sitting and died of a heart attack in the hospital a short time later.
