AN ELECTRIC UTILITY EMPLOYEE WAS FLAGGING FOR A CRANE OPERATION WHILE HOLDING ONTO THE LOAD. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED WHEN THE CRANE CONTACTED A 25-KILOVOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE.
