Employee killed when struck by tree

An 18 in. in diameter white oak was being held by a cable and a Case 450 dozer while Employee #1 cut the tree at the stump. As the tree fell, the employee tried to get out of the way but was struck on the back of the head by the falling tree. He was killed.
