EMPLOYEE KILLED WHEN MOBILE HOME FELL ON HIM
EMPLOYEE #1 HAD CRAWLED UNDER A MOBILE HOME TO REMOVE A SPRING BOLT WHEN THE SINGLE JACK HE WAS USING FAILED. A TANK MOUNTED UNDER THE MOBILE HOME CAME DOWN ON HIS HEAD, CRUSHING IT. THE ACCIDENT WAS CAUSED BY A FAILURE TO USE A BACKUP JACK STAND ALONG WITH THE JACK.
