HIS HAND CAME IN CONTACT WITH THE OUTFEED ROLLER. HIS HAND AND ARM WERE DRAWN BETWEEN THE LOWER FEED ROLLER AND THE BULL EDGER FRAME. EMPLOYEE #1 RECEIVED A PARTIALLY SEVERED LEFT ARM AND WAS HOSPITALIZED.
