Employee working from an aerial lift is electrocuted

At 8:45 a.m. on October 25, 2014, an employee was changing the out door lights on the south end of a property using a Genie aerial lift. The employee got close to 69kV power lines causing an electrical arc between the lift and the power lines and was electrocuted.
