TWO PAINTERS WERE MOVING AN ALUMINUM EXTENSION LADDER TO PAINT THE EXTERIOR OF A THREE-FAMILY HOUSE. THE LADDER CONTACTED AN OVERHEAD POWER LINE, AND THE TWO EMPLOYEES WERE ELECTROCUTED.
