EMPLOYEE #1 WAS WASHING SPILLED DIESEL FUEL IN A YARD AREA. HE COLLAPSED AND DIED FROM ACUTE PULMONARY CONGESTION AND HEMORRHAGE AND MARKED CEREBRAL EDEMA, DUE TO AN ACUTE HYPERSENSITIVITY REACTION.
