A HYDRAULIC CRANE WAS UNLOADING CONCRETE MANHOLES AT A CONSTRUCTION SITE. AN EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED WHEN THE CRANE'S LOAD LINE CONTACTED A 7200-VOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE.
