EMPLOYEE #1, WHO WORE A HEARING AID, BUT HAD IT TURNED OFF, AND WAS BLIND IN HIS LEFT EYE, WALKED IN FRONT OF A MOVING TRACTOR. THE TRACTOR APPROACHED FROM HIS LEFT SIDE, SO HE COULD NEITHER SEE, NOR HEAR, IT APPROACH. HE WAS STRUCK AND KILLED BY THE TRACTOR.
