AN EMPLOYEE ELEVATED 30 FEET ABOVE THE GROUND IN AN INSULATED AERIAL LIFT WAS REMOVING A TRANSFORMER. HE CONTACTED A 7200-VOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE AND WAS ELECTROCUTED.
