THE FLAMMABLE LIQUID WAS HEXAMETHYLDISILAZANE (FLASH POINT-5% FARENHEIT). THE LIQUID WAS BEING TRANSFERED TO MEASURE OUT 65 POUNDS,WHICH WAS TO BE ADDED TO A RUBBER GUM COMPOUND TO PRODUCE A SILICONE RUBBER.
