AN ELECTRICAL MECHANIC EMPLOYEE, WHILE ENGAGED IN MAINTENANCE OF AN ELECTRIC MICRO DEVICE (BINDICATOR), LOCATED ADJACENT TO AN OPEN SCREW CONVEYOR, CAUGHT HIS RIGHT FOOT IN THE AUGER OF THE CONVEYOR. HIS RIGHT LEG WAS AMPUTATED NEAR THE HIP.
