A FOREMAN WAS MOVING AN ELECTRIC SUMP IN THE BOTTOM OF A WATERLOGGED EXCAVATION. HE WAS ELECTROCUTED WHEN HE CONTACTED THE SUMP PUMP AND THE STEEL BUCKET OF A BACKHOE SIMULTANEOUSLY. THE SUMP APPARENTLY HAD A GROUND FAULT.
