CRUSHED BY FALLING CRANE BOOM

EMPLOYEE #1 WAS IN THE PROCESS OF DISMANTLING THE BOOM OF A LINK-BELT TRUCK CRANE. THE UNSUPPORTED BOOM FELL ON HIM WHEN HE KNOCKED OUT THE BOTTOM PINS WHICH FASTEN THE BOOM SECTIONS TOGETHER.
