EMPLOYEE #1 WAS DISMOUNTING A "PICK" TO MOVE IT TO A NEW LOCATION. HE INADVERTENTLY STEPPED THROUGH AN EXPLOSION DOOR OF THE RECIRCULATORY DUCTWORK AND INTO THE 400-450 DEGREE FURNACE.
