TWO WORKMEN ON AN ELEVATED WORK PLATFORM WERE NOT PROTECTED BY BARRIER GUARDS TO KEEP PASSING VEHICLES AWAY. THE ELEVATED WORK PLATFORM, SUPPORTED BY A FORKLIFT, WAS STRUCK BY A PASSING FORKLIFT TRUCK. THE FORKLIFT SUPPORTING THE ELEVATED WORK PLATFORM OVERTURNED, THROWING THE TWO EMPLOYEES TO THE FLOOR.
