Abstract: AN EMPLOYEE WAS CARRYING A PIECE OF ANGLE IRON THAT WAS TO BE PUT AWAY IN THE PIPE STORAGE AREA LOCATED BEHIND THE PLANT. THE ANGLE IRON CONTACTED AN OVERHEAD POWER LINE IN A SUBSTATION, ELECTROCUTING THE EMPLOYEE.
